  • Hello, I'm April Neander and I operate and manage the PaleoCT Lab at the University of Chicago. In this is excerpt from the Paleo-CT video training course, you'll learn about how micro-CT scanning works and some factors that need to be considered for scanning. I hope this is helpful for people who are considering using Micro-CT in their research or who are using Micro-CT data for the first time.

Wonderful video, thank you for this comprehensive introduction! I work at a µCT scanner myself and a lot of this would have been super useful to know when I started, so I think this will be an amazing resource for anyone starting to work with µCT!
