It's an odd building but nicely decorated & ready for moving in & improvements. Room for kids in the top attic bedroom. So much garden for somebody to enjoy too. I see the main issue as the small barebones kitchen & just one small shower room but if you love the location & price it looks as tho there is plenty of room to build on.

Yes it's a lovely little property!
This is a very nice property! The land is so darling and the garden areaa. Can switch a couple rooms in the beginning around, changing it from kitchen and having it in back or doing it differently as larger kitchen with more built into it. It would be just perfect. Geat for smaller family. Wonderful to have the ability to have a downstairs bath and shower area. This could work for a couple or one person even with area for a guest? Great wooded area in back, and all the parking area is perfect! Love it!

A lovely little property, to be sure. This is one house, though, that would benefit from being upside down. Because the driveway leads up to a parking area even with the first floor, I would have put the kitchen on that upper floor and made what is now an inadequate kitchen into a bedroom. Because the parking area is even with the first floor, I would be more than tempted to have 2 nice bedrooms and a proper bath on the ground floor. There is plenty of footprint to allow that. A sort of classic two up two down arrangement turned on its head.
