I feel like I make that "productive procrastination" mistake so much! After blogging for 6 years, I have definitely made all these mistakes. Thanks for sharing Steph.
Yes! It's one of the easiest distractions for me. I'm "doing work" but it's not what need to be prioritized to grow. Always learning and getting better though!
Im starting a blog aswel! I saw a video of u before this from 9 months ago, i saw u hadnt much views etc and i thought this channel is prob inactive.. Then i looked at ur channel and u still upload! That dedication!! Its true u dont give up! I like your vibe, your giving the vibe that you really enjoy this, u really do, i like that. Basically i want to start a blog, about mental health etc. That niche. Be a voice for people that are struggling with mental health issues, while i tackle them myself, that everything can be seen as positive, i want to show people that theres a way forward when im still walking the way. Id like to become a experience expert one day, a social worker who had the same struggles as their clients. My value what i can give others is showing that you can always grow as a person, even if you have “issues” Sorry if this is a bit deep or personal, english isnt btw my first language!
Hi Vinnie! I'm so glad that you're back my channel. It's definitely been a lesson in perseverance, patience, and planning. I've met some wonderful people and learned a lot along the way, so I figure I might as well stick with it! Your blog idea sounds great! It sounds almost more lifestyle, sharing your experiences and such but you could definitely continue to evolve that as you go. I think people are interested in mental health info, but hearing what other people have been through and how they've worked through it could be really helpful. I'm cheering you on in your journey! how exciting! It's a fun journey for sure. Picking a niche is one of the most important parts! Ask yourself what do you enjoy? What are you good at? What do people ask you questions about? Looks like you're into gaming....you could do a blog all about that perhaps!

I started 3 weeks ago, 8 articles up. And will do one à day for the next week. I have imposters syndrome but I'm just pushing through it. I believe I'm adding value to the niche since what I'm writing about I've not seen before and it's definitely needed. Will give it a year and see how it goes
That sounds like a WONDERFUL plan. Stay consistent and evaluate what you could do better. IT really does take time, but it is so worth it! Cheering you on my friend!
Thank you so much this was so insightful. I’m interested in fashion blogging and it’s always good to hear from others mistakes so we can learn faster and catapult us to where we want to be. I love this video. I might try Wordpress since they have a free package because i want to start and test it out but i love fashion and i have always loved to write lol since middle school so one thing i love to do is paint a picture in peoples mind so I’m excited! Thank you so much for sharing this !
Oh this makes me so happy! It's such a joy to share your passions and talents with others. Blogging isn't easy. You have to figure out all of the web and SEO side of things, however, if you can stick with it, push through, and be consistent, you will see major growth.
