I saw someone last week playing on hard.Apparently church before housing is the way to go.As soon as you build housing there demands grow followed by them leaving.
Raptor made some bad decisions that put him behind the 8-ball. Looks like on hard mode you have to be laser focused on prioritizing actions that solve immediate problems. Building Burgage plots when he should have been prioritizing the Marketplace was madness.

@@vannoo67if the game was realistic he would’ve been doing right. People wouldn’t be very worried about cloth or the church when they’re homeless.
All the trading upgrades are probably the best thing to get on this difficulty. Importing weapons and goods are alot cheaper with those upgrades

Dude....a tannery is literally as important as a church and costs like two logs. Build it on day 2.

In battles? Yes
Besides battle advantage it's just historically accurate and beautiful.
