The Excitement Surrounding the NEW Sixth Street Bridge

There has been so much excitement regarding the opening of the completed Sixth Street Viaduct Replacement; that people are flooding in to the area to be part of this moment in history.
Today I saw masses of people standing on the small hills in between the freeways of the East LA Interchange to just get a peak of the fun and entertainment being provided; because the event soon was beyond capacity.
At one point Chato was laughing at how people underestimated the excitement of the people to be part of this historic event; calling out like Moses before a sea of onlookers: "Let my people in!”
