lol i already told you to build a base in the canyon, BEFORE the update.
@SebbyK , You should do a Sebby Vs Sora with the patrons split up patrons into 2 teams, half with You , half with Sora , you guys build on opposite ends of the map , and the goal is to see who can raid and claim who's ever base first after a couple days of truce or what ever .. Just a fun thought .

I was clicking on your youtube channel every hour, i couldn't wait when the video would be out!
make the canyon your entire underground base and make a 1-2 floors above ground fully honey combed so it will be an impossible raid to get into your underground canyon base.
I was just thinking if you had 2 bases on either end, fully armoured then you'd have the middle underground bit just to mess around in 😂😂

@ 3:00 in, where you were having trouble with the bunker: Foundations technically have 2 snap points when snapping to another foundation, which is proven by the fact that pixel gaps exist. So when building bases like this you build out to your bunker and then FROM the bunker, you can't just go back to the bunker afterwards because you may need to replace half the foundations then. Get the right snaps, test bunker, then finish the floorplan. This is part of one of the building updates from sometime early in the year. Made cave base building really annoying sometimes lol.
im pretty sure its just because its twig foundys because i had a similar problem until i upgraded the foundys to stone then it was fixed

It really feels like this new cave/nook meta may significantly alter how tanky bases are. Or at least make supremely tanky bases more common.

Sebby, underground caves are no longer good. Simply ride a bike or bicycle down the drop down 0 fall damage. Easy back door raid.
Turrets.

1) There are certain caves with drop downs that cannot be covered by turrets.
2) At any given time the cave entrance is only big enough for 1-2 turrets, usually people place only 1 as the drop down side is usually their base entrance. All you need is 2-3 people going down together. The turrets will be distracted.
That's why you triple hq bunker the backs
