The op in the last story should’ve gone to the police along with keeping a record of how much cash they were getting so that they can take their stepmom to court for theft and for small claims too, that would screw the stepmom over

The OP in the last story should have gathered what evidence of the step Mom and went to the police then gave the dad an ultimatum. The theft and horrible treatment ends or I leave forever. Make the dad step up and put the step mom in the uncomfortable position of being the reason why the dad loses his child. Then to make sure they know OP was serious about it the OP should have gone to the grandparents house for a while

The last story I would buy an old work electric box and a blank, coax or telephone/ethernet cover and place it behind a piece of furniture or in a closet and hide your cash there. If your stepmom isn’t that bright I would make counterfeit or get play or motion picture/television bills and hope she gets arrested for using trying to use it. Or I would have real bills in small denominations $1, $2 & $5 with play $10, $20 in between.
