Hello Sir, please per your explanation on the differences between these credentials relating it to the new study permit cap policies of the feds of Canada immigration, will the attestation letter be required of a post- graduate certificate/diploma program applicant?? Because from the ircc website, its stated that, you can apply for a study permit without an attestation if you fall under certain categories and one is; A student in a master's, PhD OR other POST-GRADUATE PROGRAM.

So I want to apply for accounting payroll administration at diploma level because there is a lot of job advert in this role. My defend if ask by immigration officer will be that, payroll administration is a specialize program that is not offered in Nigeria. So I want to get the certificate to aid professional growth and promotion in my work place at home. Please advise if I should go with this or apply for a master degree program at once. Thank you

I actually sent a college a message yesterday asking if when i finish s certificate program with them
I can get a PGWP.
We made this mistake and through the agent my daughter ended up in a primary school after paying almost 25 thousand CAD 😢😢
