Telling you that Kurds aren’t from iraq but they live there and are respected don’t say otherwise. 2, arabs originated from iraq and Yemen. Go back to the prophets to see how it happened. I can provide you with books if you are willing to learn. Iraqi arabs are originally from iraq and are Sumerians. Now that’s solved we have Sumerians and we have Chaldeans and we have Assyrians ❤️❤️❤️ have a fun learning the truth.

It is fascinating to see this Neanderthal woman brought back to life through this reconstruction! Interestingly, the skull used for this was discovered in Shanidar Cave, located in Kurdistan -a region rich with history and significant archaeological discoveries. It's a great reminder of the diverse and ancient heritage of Kurdistan!

Truly impressed. As someone who isn't interested in this kind of stuff, I yet got my curiosity because I actually visited this cave in 2019. For those who don't know, this area is extremely impressive in its beauty and to have this there makes it unmatched. Now I realize how lucky i've been to see this. The even more remarkable story which is not told in this episode, is that this exact area was choses by Sadam to flood and create a dam, in a way to seperate the Kurds into different regions. The remains of the " to build" dam are still to be seen. Imagine if Sadam was Succesfull and Kurds didn't fought back, this whole history would never been revealed, and maybe forever lost.
It’s in kurdistan shanadar
Yes to the freedom and independence of Greater Kurdistan and the return of our country from the occupation of Iraq, Syria, Turkey and Syria
The film isn't even out yet, but I have to say that out of everything I've seen since I was a kid, this is already the most beautiful and human thing I've ever seen about the Neanderthals. It feels so easy to forget they had their own lives and personalities and thoughts and likes and dislikes even if they would have been different from ours as modern or Sapiens humans.
They were people, just like us.
I am very proud to be Kurdish
OK.
But what did you do personally to achieve this? ;)

l am Kurdish student from Soran, and l visited Shanadar cave with my classmates a week ago, the cave sometimes looks so scary at evening cause we visited at dinner, l am so proud of my ancestores that lived there.
thank you for covering one of our closest evolucionary relatives
Just watched this AND I have to say:- Many years of University Education & many more in the field for their expert interviewee AND the best explaination they can give for the extinction of the Neanderthal’s is that - ..”when the climate changed the trees disapeared and the Neanderthals had nothing to hide behind when they went hunting”.. He, he, he.. brilliant !
Lol i feel like they're trying to make the Neanderthals greater than they were...if im wrong, im wrong, but I dont think their total population ever even reached 100,000 soo..and i remember reading something about a poor sense of smell compared to ours, therefore they also died of food born illnesses (bad meat, etc).
Sir Patrick Stewart narrating?!! Awesome

Thank you for making this. I like them as they picked up a spear. Some people accuse the sapiens of genocide of Neanderthals.
Yessssss!!!!!!
This is telling us the secrets of humankind and how we've managed to build such an impressive civilization that lasted for thousands of decades.
No, it's not. The Neanderthals died out long before homo sapiens built any bigger structures.
It's still interesting though.

the thing that makes me doubt Graham Hancock is that he says "perhaps" a lot.
after watching this documentary, I find that a lot of people use the same word.
Well, "Perhaps", they are all speculating. Both "mainstream" and "independent".
Seems that there are a lot of "perhaps" in this science. Perhaps I'm wrong....

I'm confused, I've been led to believe Neanderthals originated outside Africa yet this documentary says our ancestors left East Africa, migrated north & became Neanderthals?
Where did Neanderthals originate? Where did Denisovans originate?
