The Pinter: Brew in a Bag Pale Ale

I'm attempting my first ever all grain brew, which I shall be doing in a bag, in a pot. I will then transfer this brew to my Pinter to ferment and then condition.
I purchased the 4.5L All Grain Beer Brew Kits from Brewstore:

The kit cost £9.98 and came with the malts, hops, yeast and instructions and allows you to make 4.5L (around 8 pints).
The kits are the perfect next step from malt extract kit brewing. It is a recipe in a bag, all weighed out and with simple instructions for you to follow. There are plenty of kits available around the £10 mark.
