When my husband and I were looking at buying houses we put in offer in 3 times before we found our house, I was absolutely crushed each time we didn’t get an accepted offer but when we walked through our now home I actually started crying because I was so thankful we didn’t get the others. If it’s meant to be it will be, just gotta trust the process l, you will get the right one eventually!!

I remember a house we loved we gave a great offer and they had suddenly gotten a last minute offer right after us and they didn't even consider ours. Guessing the second offer must have been actual asking price or all cash which was really common at the time where we lived
When we bought our home in Texas we were out bid at the last minute and lost the house. A month later that fell through and the house went back on the market for 25k cheaper and we got it! Keep looking and know if it’s meant to be it will be!
One of my routines is to get some chic fil a, go park in the lot next door in a shady spot, and watch your videos. I LOVE going along with youtube friends as they search houses! It is a tough process because as much as you want to take the heart out of your decision, it is almost impossible LOL. But as they say, It is all for a reason and your Home is out there!

As a new and first-time homebuyer, it really helped me mentally to treat every offer we put in as a failed offer - just so my hopes weren’t high, and that I wasn’t going to get crushed if it fell through. Something will work out!
