During your time at Kwetu we invite you to discover our bird park. Since more than 20 years Inge is breeding different kinds of parrots. You will see more than 25 species. Of course some of them are able to talk.
We also offer a guided tour. You can learn more about the behaviour and breeding of parrots.
And if you like them we also sell some Parrots. Just come and have a look.
KWETU STOP & SHOP WILHELMSTAL
In our new Stop & Shop you will find a big selection of homemade delicates. A variety of cheese and meat products. Fresh milk and tasty Ginger Beer. Come and taste it before you buy. And of course we will serve you cheesecake, real Italian coffee or other refreshments at our "have a break" Bistro. You will feel like at home.
For Overlander Groups more than 12 People: please make a call before you visit us. We would like to prepare everything for you. So that you will have a nice experience at Kwetu.

Hard & Semi Hard Cheese
Our WILHELMSTALER© matured for at least four months. Than it has a mild taste. If the cheese ripens longer the flavour becomes more intensive.
Soft Cheese
Is ripened for at least ten weeks. Available in different flavours. From mild & creamy to spicy & stinky. You will get every taste you like.
Camembert & Blue Cheese
A special taste for Gourmets.
Brick Cheese
Selected herbs & spices gives the cheese his unique taste.
Young Goat Cheese
A smooth tasty cheese which can be used for salad, Pizza, Quiche and much more recipes.
Matured Goat Cheese
Matured cheese with a strong intense taste. Available as semi hard & hard cheese.
Our STOP & SHOP IN WILHELMSTAL
We invite you to have a break on your way to Swakopmund. Pop in and buy some tasty cheese and meat for your holidays. Your family and your friends will be happy too!
And of course you also should enjoy our real Italian coffee or other refreshments, eat a Cheesecake or a cheese & meat platter. After your stop at Kwetu you will be fit to drive again and you will safely reach the coast.
