I wear thongs every day. Yeah, I get wedgies if it is in the wrong position or begins to annoy me if I am sitting and it starts pulling up right up my crack but its not constant. I've worn them every day (bar my period days) since I was 13 and have never once had a problem with it. I do not find full butt cover undies very comfortable at all. Most of them either give me proper wedgies or they're just too loose.

I only wear thongs. All other underwear feels gross and sweaty, and it cuts into me, no matter what I do. the great thing about thongs is if you're wearing the right size, you don't even feel them! Thongs are also great because one of my biggest pet peeves is pantylines. It annoys me so much, especially on other people!

It sits perfectly in the crack and it shouldn't ride anywhere. It's like a tampon. Guys expect you to feel it in there right? But when you put it in correctly you can't feel it. Same way with a thong. There's G strings, thick thongs, thin thongs. There's all types an you can always find one that doesn't give you a wedgie and is comfortable.

Brian cx Thongs can actually cause scarring because of soft spots (look it up). Also, it pushes bacteria from the rectum to your vagina, which is very unhygienic. Of course, wearing them occasionally as sexy time lingerie or to just hide panty lines under a dress is fine, but every day or even frequently can become very detrimental.

Patricia U. With seamless u have to make sure they stay completely flat w no wrinkles (pretty much impossible especially when working out) just get boy shorts instead !!! Or just wear a thong anyway but take it off as soon as when ur done working out

I actually use just regular ones and fold it underneath the thinner part of the thong... it helps it stay on better too!

#1 Menstrual cups!!! Try them, trust me
#2 Just swap them 2x daily them ill, plus they are super comfy
#3 don't only buy silk thongs!
#4 cotton thongs: best workout underwear imo
#5 well, as long as your bare butt doesnt touch the seats
#6 learn how to wipe ;)

I once experimented with old-fashioned pads that, instead of sticking to your underwear, attach to a waistband. I wonder if those would work with a thong? After all, they don't actually need any underwear to work, and can stand on their own.
