Mr. Cook's behavior is how I imagine a Bernie Sanders presidency would be toward America and Americans. A person who truly cares about the welfare of all and doing whatever it takes to make them successful.

Poor kids were being teased about their dirty clothing....Newark has some really poor areas where many parents can't afford clothing or to do laundry frequently.

Some of the children weren't going to school for days at a time. Their parents had to and HAVE to make choices which may be insignificant to us, but major to them; and would choose buying food for the family as opposed to laundry detergent or household supplies. The principal found out that a number of the children were being bullied because their clothes were dirty and they were being made fun of. He came up with the great idea of having a laundromat at school. I hope that gives you a better understanding as to why he did that. He also made it so that the children have a place to go late in the day, to keep them out of trouble. He's protecting and providing for them. God bless him.
