You’re not alone. Be kind and take care of yourself. You can burnout from doing too much of anything, even watching RUclips or gaming all day. Balance, expectation and flow. Sounds like you’re listening to your body - great! Thanks for sharing.
Yes! The anxiety peaks and u feel like u need to to spin out of control. But it does comes down after that scary point. Hugging a pillow cab help ..petting an animal. .doing a sitting foward fold stretch ❤
