CommunityLad at Westgate's First Scarecrow Festival

Festivals have been few and far between this summer so when #Westgate announced a #Scarecrow festival we sent our very own CommunityLad to attend and to judge the creative structures.
It's proved to be an Ex-Straw-dinary event, well done to all involved.
