Curious to know if Socar offers insurance coverages for accident, theft, property damage, and personal injury? When renting cars in a foreign country, the last thing you want to deal with is mishaps.
actually they have car cam and petrol card. but more of the car cam and petrol car had been stolen by user. anywhere don"t worry of the claim ,because all of the claim will be credit in your App and you can debit it when you rent for the next time. if the car dirty and you can wash it and claim too.
I just rent socar lately, my conclusion is unpleasant dirty car. The process of taking car, pump petrol and returning car easily wasted 1/2 hour or more. Car sharing is a good idea but I don’t see good future for Socar unless they make major improvement!

Use wet tissues clean up before use. (Hygiene purposes) 至于car cam这回事我还真的没看过So Car的车有叻🤔😅 Touch and Go card 还是自备会更好. Go Car 还真的没体验过, 你们又可以拍个片做比较了.👍🏼 目前是这两家公司在对打中...😄

Depends on the location, SOCAR in mont kiara all car condition very good and clean. Maybe that mall less people rent car so socar didn't do maintenance frequently.
If you are planning to drive in KL area or any place out of KL using motorway, you should get a Touch n Go card. You can google their offices where to get the card. The card price is about RM1x (tenth + ringgit) only without the top up value. To top up the card, many petrol station, certain store like 7/11, Plus offices, any majority bank ATM can do that. I suggest you to get at least once per person and keep it in your wallet. In future you could get a refund from them. Some hypermarket such as Tesco start using the Touch n Go card for check out. Don;t ever use their Touch n Go card. Better have your own card. Before you hire the car, you should check with them what if happen the accident? How much do you need to pay? Also your own protection. Most of the company giving you the accident cover offer where you could pay it before you take the car. If you are very confidence with your driving skill then you may ignore it. Even though if you didn't pay for it, if let say accident really happen, then you may pay some money to the car rental company. Don't worry they over charge you if the repairing cost really over tenth of thousand, they will not charge you for full amount. The car rented has covered by insurance but not under your name only. Next time try Hertz. Don't let this bad experience scare you. SOCAR?? I really never heard of this. 另外停車場card的問題我想肯定有人濫用那張卡或socar沒繳清停車場月費。
順帶一提那個商場算是Ampang區80-90年代的商場，抵不過時代的洪流，商戶搬遷自然人流稀少，所以會有荒廢的感覺😂😂
Socar如果識得做，應該請翻兩位用多次租車體驗以改變image

這個 #socar 絕對要有很大的進步空間..會租車的都是外地人..所以必須貼心準備好手機架給用戶..cam是一定要的..再來是細節的指引或者可以做成帖子貼在dashboard等等..尤其是在KL更加要給貼士如何是有過路卡..每個國家的收費站收費都不一樣..一定要讓外國朋友知道如何使用T&G..你做這個服務是要讓方便也是麻煩人家..
另外要給 #夫妻廢片 小告示..下次來馬有再租車那就下載waze吧..在大馬多數都是用這款gps..大致上都是跟google map相同..會第一時間收到路況..block/暴雨/aes/修路等等的..但它最好的功能是哪裡有塞車/塞多久都會告知..然後還會直接帶你走捷徑繞過塞車路段..

你地唔熟識路線同理無喺吉隆坡揸過車，去巴生喺正常時間都要預大約一嗰鐘，放工時間加埋落雨更加唔使講。同有reputation嘅租車公司租比較好， 雖然係貴啲，但至少有保證。不過唔緊要啦，當係一個體驗。
有呢個體驗真係唔錯！體驗下在當地塞車😂
@@MikiandRaymond 呢個時間出門，塞車係預咗，反而整個租車過程好唔掂。作為租車公司，至少應該check清楚袈車至租俾顧客，所以傳統租車公司依然有佢地嘅市場就係咁解， 呢個真係一個體驗😐
下一次再黎，考慮吓租可以步行或有shuttle bus到MRT/LRT嘅單位，唔使每一次出門都要call Grab, 吉隆坡/雪蘭莪有好多地點搭MRT/LRT都去到，之後租一兩次車，適應吓路線同馬來西亞揸車文化，喺大馬揸車係幾好嘅，有袈車你可以去到好多地方。
租1天只要62MYR，真的非常便宜，但是從取車、車況、還車，看過你們的親身體驗之後，我絕對不會選擇自助的SOCAR。我會到租車公司，傳統的租車公司價格雖然比SOCAR貴一些，不過可以當面和客服人員說清楚，相對比較有保障!

伟哥大马人很少用车CAM ，在大马驾车最重要注意左边同右边，因为最怕是电单车，同时要转左转右之前，记得先打灯，要看看左边的倒后镜有沒有电单车这样最安全

下次你可以去加油站，增值張touch&go.一般上加油站是可以增值touch&go.
马来西亚有个共识：后面的车撞前面的车，错的肯定是后面的，因为它是必须保持安全距离的。
不一定，如果你出路口给直路来车撞你后面是出路口的错。

在马来西亚开车一定要留意电单车，不过两位非常乐观，万事都能解决。对于App的问题应该要提出投诉！
馬來西亞唔流行車cam，遇到意外就通知服務電話唔會上身，租之前要讀條規如果覺得唔適合就唔好租。
至於入油，TnGo入錢等等係靠經驗或者問下當地朋友。
Socar系韓國公司，記得被佢地complaint投訴無油卡，TnGo 無錢，車唔乾淨，車有臭味，你投訴佢會扣前一位租客清理費，如果你無投訴等下一位租客投訴你就要負責。

其實在吉隆坡區域的Socar的車衛生都不是非常好的，因為吉隆坡的人多，什麼人都有，什麼事情都會發生，之前我在檳城租的話整體還很不錯～
之前在他们的facebook那边，很多人都给bad comment. 蛮多的都说过了几个月，信用卡忽然会被charge for 警察罚款。油钱refund也是等了很久都还refund. 而且credit card绑了好像都remove不到。看了这些我都不敢用了

這間公司的車之前是有cam的現在很多都拆掉了 他的App也很多問題常常拍不到照片會reset 還有他們常常拖欠停車費搞到你要還車時進不到 最麻煩的是現在有些停車場只用touch and go
一般比较长的影片我会偶尔fast foward 看的，可是你们这条片我是完全没有，因为这个过程真的很多事情，尤其是你们在tough and go那边，我在想如果是大塞车而你们不是驾进可以进钱的counter怎么办？已经塞车不可能后退的，唉...幸苦你们了。

这个app本来就是专门给马来西亚人没有车子的人用的，外国人来马来西亚这里的交通状况与资讯都不充足就很不适合。
如果外国人还是建议乖乖叫grab会比较方便，不用烦恼那么多。

你未遇到最差情況，還車時upload 唔到相，加apps 要re-register，引致延誤還車及行程
租车确记好好检查车胎 我马来西亚朋友因为赶时间等不及家里车 匆匆租了车也没检查 结果车胎太久了很薄 爆胎后旁座他女友当场死亡 。记得租车检查清楚尤其是车胎
