The first time I saw Mrs. Derry here was actually on Cutthroat Kitchen, Season 1. I do believe she won that competition. 👏 Then I saw her again as one of Jon's chef consults in Bar Rescue. To say I was happy to see her doing this show with Anne, is a bit of an understatement. Wow! 😮 I actually appreciate how she breaks down and explains her steps like while she's doing them. It almost seems to me that she's speaking a little slower to make sure every word could be absorbed or fully heard or something. ❤
Anne Burrell's chicken looked bettere. I like the color of Tiffany's salad better than Anne's, but Anne added shaved cheese to hers. Tiffany had gloves on but contaminated everything as after handling the chicken, she grabbed the Saran Wrap...ewww! Anne did a much better job of demo'ing that part and didn't contaminate her work area.
15 small Boiled shrimp, fish sauce, chopped cilantro, 5 eggs... throw in pan. cook together until... oh god. I hope you like the flavor profile of toxic rubber.
