In Japan, there are plenty of other cafes, and even convenience store coffee is tasty, so maybe there aren't many Arabica Coffee outlets yet :(

Tickets can be purchased starting from 60 days before. You can buy them even on the day before you want to go, but it's better to buy them a bit early as they might sell out. Check the ticket availability on the website! (By the way, weekdays are recommended as weekends tend to be crowded)

There’s a spot in the same area as the lockers where you can store your suitcases and strollers. It’s free, and you can lock it up too :)

The official website states 'Azabudai Hills P6 parking lot. Take the D elevator up to floor B1, and the entrance to teamLab Borderless is immediately on your left.'
