Wizards of the Coast announced that 300 serialized double rainbow foil Elven Sol Ring cards would be printed, along with 700 Dwarven Sol Rings and 900 Human Sol Rings. The non-foil versions of those Sol Ring cards would be printed in a run of 19,000. The 19,000 is broken down to exactly 3000 Elven, 7000 Dwarven, and 9000 Human. That is why they are so expensive.

Draft and Set boxes are usually printed for as long as the set is legal in standard/modern, which is usually 1-3 years unless they don't sell well like Baldur's gate and WOTC quietly ends the printing early.
