I ordered $1000 worth of dresses. They never arrived. I spoke to customer service who urged me to wait more (I’d waited about a month already). I did. The CS rep provided a tracking number which just highlighted the package hadn’t moved in weeks and was lost. She offered a refund but I never got that. So as of now, I have no dresses and no refund of my $1000 investment. I do not recommend.

I love your video !! ! Say does anyone know this? I am trying to order Bloomchic a first time and they first seemed to send from Cali (track said Cali) but when I paid extra for faster shipping they suddenly sent from China. I now dont know if that is normal and it all comes from China? I thought it was California. I think that is just so sad, there are hardly US companies anymore and people in the US need jobs and money, and even when you go out of your way to buy in Cali, and you hope your few hundred bucks go to the Californians the money just goes straight to China again.. Is that an error one time? So sad I loved the dresses I ordered. I CANT OPEN THE BOX now because I am highly allergic and could just die with all that pandemic going on. What a PROBLEM !!!
