By the way, I visited my 93-year-old aunt in LA a couple of months ago, and I viewed the color slides she showed us, which were taken by my uncle (an American who passed away 4 years ago) while traveling to Hong Kong in 1958, 1965, and 1972. He mainly visited areas in the New Territories, such as Satin, Tai Po, Sheung Shui, and southern Hong Kong Island. I really want to share these slides (over 200 in total) with the public, but they are located in LA. I just wonder if this channel can help with that?

這些美麗地點勾起無限回憶，非常感謝影片上傳者，記得1962年，小弟與兄長由外婆帶領從上海到港，外公在德國行船，三年回港一次，亦是家庭唯一經濟支柱，生活起居，供書教學一直由外婆照顧，與兄長外婆三人一齊生活在這美麗小島，外公及外婆亦於28年前先後仙逝，人生匆匆數拾年光景，尤如發了一場夢，看見這絕美的香港舊照，前塵往事全部歷歷在目，猶如發生在前兩天，不其然眼泛淚光，唏噓不已，再過多數載，小弟的唯一願望能與慈祥的外婆在天界重逢，好希望這願望能夠實現。

小弟是1950年香港出生，照片多是我童年 至青少年時，這些地方我都到過。
我們住在大南街近楓樹街，父親在干諾道中，牛奶公司冰廠工作，1973年做了40年榮休，所以中環也是常到的地方，1971年開始做職業司機，所以照片的地方都曾到過。
4：02巴域街/石硖尾街，聖方濟各小學，我是1953年首屆小一學生，15：29 紅棉餐廳，老闆是鄭君綿，地點是長沙灣道近白揚街。
本集的相片水準高，又有文字介紹，很珍貴，值得一看再看。
感謝！看到美麗的舊香港，重溫美麗的舊回憶！！

廣闊的維多利亞港，不是現在的維多利亞「河」。😥😢 昔日，很多大郵輪，貨船，軍艦停靠在港內，小艇和電船仔在港內穿梭往來，很是繁忙，不像是現在，大型船隻不能在港內停泊，往來船隻稀疏。
片中隻港澳渡輪(大船)很靚，很有郵輪feel，當時乘坐此客輪去澳門，當為短途出埠。😅😂

離開了香港20多年，很懷念以前的香港，更懷念97年之前的英屬香港

應是莊士敦道及菲林明道交界, 英京酒樓旁邊有東方戲院。
勾起好多回憶，由細個租住板間房到上公屋，家庭環境改善好就住居屋，生活越來越好。
视频有一张招牌写"英京" 是英京酒家, 在湾仔Johnston Road 和 Fleming Road 交界. 我1960 出生. 1960-1987 住在湾仔. 很感恩在这个美丽小岛成长, 教育, 成家.
