Was Elf on the Shelf not in the parade? I was there for the inflation and it was there and it looked primed and ready to go, right before...I want to say the Gummy Bear? Clearly it was a last minute decision because it was there...even took a couple photos of it. I'm surprised it didn't make it to the parade since I was there when Bluey popped her hand, and there was a lot of concern she wouldn't make it in the parade
