when I lived with my sister in Madison county, up the road I often saw a huge diesel engine just sitten alone out in a field. The owner of the farm told me this was used in a sawmill there, years ago, the mill equipment was long taken away. About a month before my sister moved away, I saw that he and his friends had started the engine! a week later there was a sawmill there. I left before I could get involved. Those old engines never die,
Glad everything is going OK with you and your mom Chad! Glad you and your mom are still using the mill! That sawmill is A family heirloom! Once you learn how to use it gets out of your blood! My grandpa had a sawmill very similar to your dads except my grandpa’s mill was PTO powered by farmall SMTA I still have pictures of the mill wonderful memories of the mill take care!

Chad glad everybody's doing well. Know how your mother feels about being out in the cold. Y'all take care and have a blessed week and I'll see you on your next vidja. Tell everybody I said hello.
I know this was a few months back so now fuel prices must really be put y'all in a hard spot to be running any thing in the mill. Will your mother still be running the mill with all these high prices?
I miss seeing Mike saw and hearing his stories....
