    So proud of you :) you are doing great and I look forward to seeing your journey! I’ve been struggling with depression for the last few years but I do have these moments of “everything is going to be ok”. Those rare moments help me get through. I hope your journey gets easier as time goes on

    I know i say this all the time, but have you tried a 20 minute minimum walk ( preferably in nature ) every day ? Ive found this good for my depression issues.

      For me ive found it has helpedme the most when i make it a daily ritual. And when i miss a day, i make the walk twice as long the next day to make it up.
