How to: Load a new Respimat cartridge

I couldn’t get the cover on and when I did the counter went down, did I lose medicine or is my counter wrong?

Hello! Am putting in 2nd cartridge for my Dad's Respimat inhaler. The first time it was used the manual says to press dose release button 4 times. Your video shows only once. Now am confused. Pls help.

Same! I can’t find information on replacing one cartridge with a new one. Each inhaler I got comes with 2 cartridges. One is inserted .
