Hello everyone, this week I made Coffee & Gooseberry Tart which consists of a buttery coffee with a hint of cinnamon tart crust, a Kahlua and pecan almond cream, a sweet and tangy gooseberry compote, and finished off with a creamy and rich coffee & Kahlua whipped ganache 😍 A perfect flavor to pair with your favorite afternoon tea 😋
