      @The Solo Channel Drose had a bad habit of landing on his heels which is what eventually fucked up his knees. Westbrook lands on his toes or more specifically the balls of his feet

      @covidoutdat19thwardyaheardme Год назад +3

      @@kainoakanoe not to mention Thibs never got him a guy or two who was willing to run with him, so Rose was putting mileage on his body fast doing that by himself 82 games

    • @narnianninja4964
      @narnianninja4964 Год назад +1

      @@kainoakanoe It's cause he was so imbalanced. He only jumped left-right and left leg (I think those two) and landed left leg first, then right leg or two legs. Because of that, it means when he had to land a different way, he couldn't handle the forces and tore an ACL. Balancing your jumps and mastering dunks with all four plants and three finishes on each plant not only makes you much more resistant to injury because every part of your body is used to the jumps and landings but also improves your jumps themselves a lot because you're stimulating some parts that normally get pretty neglected but are still used in a certain plant.
      TLDR jump balance is good
