Damn nice dude. I recommend turning your Interact Prompt style to Compact .It just makes the information on screen smaller when you are viewing items which can help you see your surroundings a bit better :)

honestly won't disrespect your question nor curiosity but in my experience using your own sensitivity/preference and sticking to it is your best shout. Try to not change it and keep to a certain value/setting unless it really bothers you. This helps your brain get used to it and build up muscle memory
