New evidence in an investigation by a crash analyst suggests a police car likely made contact with the Toyota Corolla of a teenage driver before she crashed into a tree and died.
The alarming findings are in a report for the family of 17-year-old Angel Riley who was killed following a police pursuit in Whangārei just before Christmas last year.
