Telemarkski Norwegian demo from the Interski Nordic Ski Demonstration Day @ Nozawa, Japan in 1995

From the Interski Nordic Ski Demonstration Day held at Nozawa Onsen Ski Resort in 1995, we have edited and compiled footage of a demonstration by Norwegian telemark skiers. Norway is the original home of Nordic skiing. It is interesting to note that the Norwegian demonstration was not on cross-country skis, but on telemark skis. After this demonstration, I approached a Norwegian instructor, who inspired me to go to Norway. It was a life-changing day. Please forgive the messed up video.
1995年に野沢温泉スキー場にて開催されたインタースキー・ノルディックスキーのデモンストレーションデイから、ノルウェーのテレマークスキーによるデモンストレーションの映像を編集してまとめてみました。ノルディックと言えばノルウェーが本家本元。そのノルウェーのデモがクロスカントリースキーではなくテレマークスキーであったことが興味深いです。このデモンストレーション後にノルウェー人のインストラクターに声をかけたのが、私がノルウェーに行くきっかけとなりました。人生を変えた1日でした。映像が乱れていますがご容赦ください。
