I believe the hand with the thing in it is supposed to be a rock shard. The landslide attack in-game resembles that.

The peg hand is for a weapon that comes the epic version of the figure, lightning storm druid

The peg in the hand looks like a rougher version of the neck peg. With the bearded head not having the long hair on it, I wonder if that hand is meant to be holding the bearded head.
