I really don't see how him taking his shirt off and saying he'll fight as an earthling makes you think he wants to let moro live. He "killed" frieza and buu. Of course he tried to save them but he did what had to be done. He didn't really try to save zamasu/black He just wanted them dead. Moro is every bit as evil as frieza/buu/zamasu but much older and much more powerful. He's a legit threat to the gods, I don't see Goku fucking around too much. Sure he MAY try to turn him good but it won't happen and moro will have one last trick, goku will overcome it and kill him or vegeta/beerus will end moro.
