Hi. Salomon has sizes in steps of 2/3s if that makes sense. Well there is 44, 44 2/3 and 45 1/3. I would go with 45 1/3. You can always add an insole or a sock but you cant do anything if the boot is to small. I usually wear 45 but in Salomon I use 46 or 46 2/3.
I agree. They are however coyote. There will be a follow up video in a couple of weeks where the shoes are shown in daylight. Might be easier to see the color then.

It is 16 cm or 6.3 inches from the ground to the highest point
