I use to work for this guy. Awesome dude, he sure does do a great job. I missed 2 weeks of work because I went on a booze bender and he paid me for the two weeks I was gone.. haha would any other company pay me to drink and party? I didn’t think so 😃

a power broom with poly/wire combo bristles would clean fines out of pavement much faster.

Who says Dave isn't charging for it? I'm sure his invoices reflect the work he does. He doesn't strike me as someone who gives away services for free.

It would seem to me all that water and moisture into the cracks would soften the subbase an cause bigger problems

True power washing driveways is a must a lot of the time, but more importantly I think you should change the name of your business to Narcissist Sealcoating 😂 trust me davey boy when I'm out there on a driveway in a hundred and ten degrees working my ass off and doing a good job the last thing I'm thinking is that you're better than me!!

Dave, you are not the best, you’re the fkn best.
Our company wouldn't have the owner going 1/2 a mile an hour with a 6 thousand dollar piece of equipment, doing the job a 500 dollar backpack blower would do, 10x faster.
But yes, we do pressure washing. At a cost. Just like you :).

Why to Seal asphalt?
BHIce22 If you have an asphalt driveway like myself, the water gets into the cracks, during winter it freezes and pushes the crack apart.
Over time it manifests itself into large cracks or pot holes. You seal it like I have to do to maintain the surface, so you never have to do much more costly repairs such as replace the entire driveway.
