1. I reserved 4 seats in konark express. But Someone occupied my reserved seats. So i raised a complaint with TC.. after 2 hours of standing, i got my berths.
2. In intercity train, that too in reservation compartment, all the people will go. Even though if we give complaint to call center, they just make calls to us and at last, they close the complaint token.. nothing will happen.. worst

Just testing is not enough. The passenger who occupied the seat illegally must get fine and bar from reservation for next three bookings.
I feel there should be a law to fine illegal occupants of a reserved seat if they are resisting to move away when the reserved passenger is requesting
