Andy Mineo, all members of Indie Tribe, Lecrae, GAWVI, KB, 350, Hulvey, Wande, Trip Lee, 1K Phew, and so much more have these songs that they hold on to or throw away because "It didn't fit right" or "It wasn't good enough" OR "My fans won't like it." LISTEN! I've been listening to and watching you guys for the past 6 years, and I've been a Christian for 7! It was because of your songs that changed me to listen to music that is more edifying to my soul. Some of those songs you threw together and thought they would flop because they didn't fit your taste. But they fit mine and many others! I get it if you're planning out a schedule for when songs drop and stuff, but don't be afraid to throw out what you think is your worst. You were given a gift, and we are here to lift you up to see it come to fruition! Let God's glory shine through you!

I think you need to understand ad follow the essentials of the Christian faith, and learn to be gracious with the non-essentials. You may not realize it, but God takes what is evil and turns it for good, and I think that God gives us the authority to take the perverse and distorted truth in secular music, and make it holy.
