Loving this content, though. Seeing immersion therapy genuinely work on Eric through these VODS encourages me, as a fellow thalassophobe. Honestly, watching these has helped me become more comfortable, to the point that maybe I could play this. Maybe someday I'll even swim in the ocean, and all thanks to Eric and his bravery. :)

I use the bulbo trees as my main food&water source
Lantern fruit and water filters are good, but I'm a marblemellon gal. A few of the round planters against a wall with 4 mellons, chop one for the seeds and pick the other 3, then plant the seeds and while in that menu, eat the fruit. Its great. Then I use the lantern fruit for biofuel, plant a tree by each reactor.

I love how pcrow is terrified of "the bell" even though its just a soundtrack.
Seeing so many people say stuff like “build a vehicle upgrade station” or “upgrade your prawn arms” is really annoying. If Pcrow could, he would, but if he can’t, then it’s just a matter of finding the blueprints. My advice for progressing in this game is to check wrecks, scan EVERYTHING, and follow the radio beacons. Don’t get frustrated if you’re missing something, just keep exploring.

if your fps drops try ctrl+shift+win+b to refresh graphics card which brings fps back to good(most of the time)
I think I heard a streamer say that refreshing the graphics card broke their stream. I'm not a tech whiz but if anyone here is a streamer and takes this tip I recommend researching and trying it out at a moment that is not too important. :D
this series is my favorite thing omg. like, if i'm not Doing Stuff i just go put on one of these vods and it's great, in the past two or three days i've watched like fifteen hours of vods or smth ridiculous. also now i want to play scary ocean game

Why are the thumbnails for these vods always full of creatures from Subnautica: Below Zero, the second game? It's kinda silly, but I also don't know if it's on purpose or not.

I can't keep up with this much subnautica. I'm still only like an hour through the 2nd vod. Still love it though

If he is still dealing with the no hot water sitch. Boiling some in a kettle or pot to mix with reg water to preferable temp then using a washcloth to dunk in the water and wipe themselves down if desperate. Or beside themselves in a cold shower to dunk on themselves for relief.

In the Beginning, he couldnt even dip his Toes into the Ocean for more than 5sec. Now, he dives 300m deep and swam the entire Distance from Floating Island to his Lifepod, while there was several hundret Meters of Darkness under him.
Soon he will go all the Way down to the last Degasi Base, read their Logfiles, gets scared and never return to Depths below 500m xD Well... until next time, when he probably reaches the Cave-System and gets lost ^^
1:05:00 the "no power" issue isnt one. It was perfectly balanced between the solar panels generating energy and the Seamoth sucking it directly. When the sun went up, Solar Panels produced more and the Energy-Meter raised.
Solar Panels are renewable, but they are truely dependent. How deep they are, their Angle towards the Sun, the Time of the Day,... resulting in different energy-output.
They are useless in deep sea.

Regarding Reapy: Once i was on a Stroll at the Seafloor with the Mech, Ressource-Search. Deep Night, all silent except the normal Sounds and Music.
Suddenly the Mech got turned around and Reapy screams at me. Not a single roar until that point.
They only roar for Sonar. If they actually want to HUNT, they can be silent Assassins.

My personal hints for a minimum base, that you can build anywhere and survive:
- 19 titanium
- 1 Quartz
- 1 lubricant
- 2 wiring kit
- 1 advanced wiring kit
- 1 gold
- 1 table coral
- 1 copper wire
- 2 ruby
- biological samples for Food/Fuel
What you can/should/want build with this is up to you, but if you can carry these 31+ items plus your needed Tools, you could even dive to your actual max depth and live there :)
It is totally possible to transport this amount, dont worry. Use your gained Knowledge and it can be done ^_^

Love videos of your gaming and your interaction with your stream. Will try to remember to 'like' more if it does you any good. Watching Subnautica is great. Just one thing, music and sound effects are getting harder to hear with each segment. I've turned it up until you are too loud but still can't really hear the music or what the guys on the radio say. I know the music is designed to enhance the 'fear' aspect of the game which is hard on you and I will watch until the end but the music and sound effect are a big part of the game. Tell your stream 'Hi' from one of your 'RUclipsrs'. Love them too! They keep you on your toes and 'on' twitch and RUclips. You help fill some bored and/or lonely hours for many. Thanks for putting your gaming where we 'old' RUclipsrs can watch.

It wasnt meant to land. It was performing a gravity turn maneuver (using the planets gravity to essentially slingshot the ship away towards their actual destination) when it got shot down for being too close to the planet.
Keep going and dont stop the series, I really want to see you finish the game and play Below Zero after
