I haven’t laughed this hard in a while
Hey! I wonder if you can answer a question for me. So i have a friend who bakes his burger patties. I tell him to stop but he says they are perfect like this. I thought everyone knows its either grilling them or in a frying pan with them so i wanted to ask you now: what do you think about burger patties in the oven?
@@denaze05 Have you ever heard of meatloaf? The principle is kinda like that, but with less steps. ...Pan frying is just generally more practical since you can keep more easily keep a close eye on the cooking progress, but an oven can cook just about anything you'd prepare in a skillet if you want to go through the effort of figuring out what needs to be done to get your desired result.
please teach him how to not fuck up the steak
@@denaze05 have him watch salt fat acid heat. It’s a good show to explain the differences in ways people care and relate too. Remember everyone has different tastes and nostalgia can be a flavor enhancer(maybe it’s a way their mom taught them)
@@Shalakor It won't work anything like meatloaf though. A burger is relatively thin, which means it won't get good browning in the oven. Even if you were to turn on the broiler you wouldn't get as good a crust as you'd get in a pan or grill. The other thing is the composition of meatloaf is different, and has ingredients in it that help it retain moisture (breadcrumbs, milk). The burger would get pretty dry if you cooked it long enough to look not grey.
Point Crow… I’m gonna be in your neck of the woods end of May, let me show you how to really cook Wagyu.
You have to now, show Eric how Wagyu beef is actually cooked haha
The Collab we all needed
omg this needs to happen
Imagine if Pointcrow shows up to your restaurant 😂
Ok but let him teach you a pointcrow method(google translate 20x)
This is just "Watch this, you can see the _exact_ moment his heart breaks." Over and over
*Ralph Wiggum energy intensifies*
Also keep in mind that Crow REMEMBERS THE TASTE TO THIS DAY
You always remember some of your worst days even for years, but more often forget your best days. He remembers that day for how bad everything tasted.
Get him in for an actual cooking session
I mean Chef Brain in gonna be in Crows side of the woods at the end of May
Brian has some interest in it already
Why
It is honestly fascinating how this guy knows so much, even being able to describe what exactly will happen when you microwave the wagyu.
This guy is not just sticking the "pro chef" label on there for clicks. He really knows what he's talking about!
He did beat Bobby Flay on TV lmao
@@charles-antoinemartel-roy yea that's a bigger achievement than knowing what happens to microwaved food
@@cobaltchromee7533 I'll take your word for it. Never heard of Bobby Flay.
@@Arkatox He's a world renowned chef, one that gordon ramsay has sort of beef with, and actually nobody knows who's better between those two.
@@cobaltchromee7533Gordon Ramsey has been calling Bobby’s Flay’s agent for years trying to set up a cook off between chefs. Bobby is ghosting him purposely
I hate being exposed to this video again but at the same time its so funny just watching Crow indirectly kill a man. Lmfao.
LMAO HIS FACE WHEN THE BLENDER CAME OUT 😂
I remember watching the original video at work and my head chef saw what was going on, I could hear him go “oh…oh no…” behind me XD lol
NO NO NO NO WAIT WAIT WAIT
@@Thegreenestflyintheland Pretty much! Followed by something in Tagalog lol
I still stand by my judgment of making Brian react to this. Best worst decision I ever made
If Brian never reacted to this, neither would Frenchie or Guga. 😉
The moment Eric moved the camera towards the microwave you can see that Chef Brian underestimated how bad this would go
“When do I make my apology video?”
I like how he turned your 21 minute video into 30 minutes of content and then you turned it into 54 minutes of content. Need him to react to this reaction and make it 2 hours lmao
"he doesn't know the blender part"
For all the people who don't speak Japanese: Wagyu just means "Japanese beef" but now it's just branding
Eric should go to his restaurant or remake the video with Chef Brian!
It's kinda funny how many food names are like this. For example, "Scampi" is Italian for "shrimp", but restaurants list linguine with shrimp as "Shrimp Scampi"
@@powersofdestruction5694 Or Lake Chad being just meaning Lake lake and Sahara desert meaning desert desert
@@powersofdestruction5694 It's just a universally human thing. Happens in basically every language. Breads are a really common one.
It's just a way of saying "this is how they make bread in their home country" shortened to how the foreign bread's word in that language, followed by the word your own word for bread.
Similarly, salsa is just Spanish for sauce but even in Spanish we don't have a separate name for Salsa(TM). You usually just know from context
Same thing applies to italian gelato meaning ice cream, and polish kielbasa sausage meaning sausage sausage
23:55 - that's the true sign of a pro chef. The ability to speak french
Crow: You guys want an egg?
Chef: ... Oeuf
The react meta is entertaining. It's also fun to see the brainstorming happen live of Microsoft Paint
Gotta love the Abby cameo
So this is where my hobbies and professional training collide. Gamers meet culinary science and the flames are glorious. I thought the crow cooking would be just a joke but you and chat are showing interest so I’m kinda proud
I can see this man's soul dying
I love that he has so much regret for this poor man being subjected to Crow's stupidity.
Brian pronounces Kobe like Kobe Bryant (Co-bee) instead of Ko-bay which is the way it would be in Japanese, so don't let him give you a hard time for saying wagyu instead of wah-gyu
Um acktchually, it’s pronounced like core(without the “re”), and bear(without the “ar”)
@@projectmmwsfz The official English pronunciation of the city is /ˈkoʊbeɪ/, which is the way I described it. In this case we're approximating the Japanese vowel sounds to their nearest common English equivalents. The actual Japanese pronunciation of ベ is going to sound relatively foreign to an English person. Ending a syllable on a short e vowel is unnatural in English phonology.
@@Dunkle0steus I think either way of describing it would be valid, some English speakers (like me) will actually be interested to see how the Japanese pronunciation differs from English pronunciation rules and may want to try to pronounce the word in a more "authentic" way. So it's nice to have the core bear thing, but ko-bay will work for most people.
Wait... Kobe's name isn't pronounced like Cody but with a b?
@@thatboy3930 the player's name is, yes. The Japanese city with the same spelling isn't though.
I laughed so hard I almost had an asthma attack
Im laughing and crying at the same time he put salt on something that definitely doesnt need any salt my heart just about stopped when I saw the pot
Now we need Chef brian to react to this
What for
@@kwl4829Infinite content
Bro this is the most rewatchable video ever. I"ve watched this 3 times an probably will watch it again in the future.
so many thoughts ranging from poor chef, to poor crow, to Abby is awesome.
This is the most rewatchable video ever!! Thank you
Can you make a video with him teaching you how to cook? You can do this like with QTCinderella, you can cook some food from BOTW.
Someone needs to react to this now: Someone reacts to pointcrow reacting to chef brian tsao recting to 21 minutes of unspeakable horror done to an expensive steak
im so happy i was able to catch this live it was (and is!) HILARIOUS
K legit having a major anxiety attack when you said he hasnt seen the blender yet dude as a chef myself i think this would be up in the scariest horror movies but bro you brought it back in for the win with seared steak with hot sauce and ice cream now I want to try this combination next time try with chocolate ice cream or just melted chocolate
He's telling the truth though! You do have a really nice and genuine smile, it's really contagious! That's one of the main reasons why I keep coming back to your channel actually 😶!
truly one of my favorite stream moments ever
LOL this was very entertaining. I have already subscribed to you, but I've also subscribed to his channel as well. He is clearly a well informed and witty Chef. I would love to watch a collaboration where he helps you learn how to cook.
this video genuinley made me laugh omfg xD
I know you probably know this so I'm directing this to others. When chef brian reacts to react videos, he's building on points and filling in gaps left by the original reactor. Uncle roger is a comedian and a home cook so brian can expand on the points and explain with his more technical cooking knowledge
I love Abby’s pov, I’m the same way. I’d hope crow has actually cleaned his area
27:53
Imagine if someone clipped that and sent it to this guy with no context. He'd probably cry.
Edit: and maybe add 41:27 in there, too.
I liggit have watched this three times now. It’s just as funny every time.
Holy sht thanks to the power of VODS i found out that pointcrow is my italian brother.
I was watching this at work and nearly spat up my drink all over my computer
You should send him a bottle of Sakura Japanese whiskey to apologize for shortening his lifespan by 5-6 years.
Hot sauce and ice cream would only work together if you‘re eating it for the flavour, because the milky part in the cream would completely take the ‚hot‘ out of the sauce.
i dont know if i missed his cooking stream yet, but my favorite salmon dish is just salmon with a soy ginger butter sauce glaze, and maybe some bok choy and other various veggies on a bed of rice. def one to try
See my grandma actually TAUGHT ME to hold the knife with my finger straight out on the back of the blade. She claimed this gave better control, and it certainly gave better control than the technique I had been using, the problem was that due to getting my pointer finger slammed in a car door as a child, my pointer finger is permanently curved slightly. It wasn’t until taking cooking classes in highschool that I was taught the actual proper way to use a knife.
I bet that Pcook could DEFINITELY be a good chef, but with this video, I have to agree with Brian Tsau
ah, the dumpers in chat.....
pcrowDumper, you shall be missed
If this was how I was introduced to you as a character I would probably be out for blood.
46:00 Get Fired Any% speedrun
My man's a real twitch streamer now.
At 17:38 it looks like he's actively holding back tears lmaooo
Wow. Nice job, PointCrow.
Can't wait for pro chef reacts to pointcrow reacting to pro chef reacting to pointcrow
I didn't expect to see uncle roger in pointcrow weejio😂
explains his cooking skills if the man likes hot sauce with ice cream.
I like this vod 💙
"Warm meat milk" I've heard of worse PointCrow hentai.
Also. "I was enjoying how good this was. These are the sounds of pleasure." Right they are, not that I have a problem with masochism but don't go pretending that's the norm here man. B)
Ohhhhhh my stomach hurts from laughing 😭
Can't wait to see where this goes.
Fresh....from my pantry- Crow 2022
I think it's amazing how it seems that pointcrow uses the best/ highest quality ingredients in the worst possible ways.
I...did gag when I saw the broth going into that blender- I cant give a like nor a dislike :'D
Part 2 of Wagyu Steak tourt- I mean cooking
I the chef to react to this and they just continue to react to each other’s reactions
dude put a timer so he can speedrun the stream. he probily has a timer for his lifr so he can speedrun that! :0
hey look its me!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
i think that was from his subathon, everytime someone subbed it added time
Chef Brian did another reaction to your attempt at cooking with a couple of buddies who tolerated it even less than he did to the point where they couldn't finish watching. One of them was Guga, who I mentioned before, and he was left even more dead inside than Brian. The other was Brian's cohost Frenchie and he is the one who wanted to dismember you. lol
Pointcrow cross over episode with Chef Brian when? kek
19:19 Hey now, I really enjoy those chaotic types. Your content itself was great imo. Quality equipment is always more objective.
He gave Jamie Oliver, a professional chef a negative score, so compared to that 1/10 really is a good score.
i want a collab of him teaching you how to cook wagyu
you opened it properly and then it was all downhill
Chef Brian LETSGO
"he does alot of pro chef reacts"
meanwhile on his youtube page hes flipping everyone off
36:46 bro said mom dad are you fighting
Someone needs to show Brian google translate cooking. I don't think he'll cry as much, but I still think it'd be funny.
This hurts
You broke him
Next video he uploads :
Pro chef reacts to point crow reacting to pro chef reacts to point crow
Man's guessed the amount the steak cost
It was reviewed again with the steak master Guga.
if it makes the chef feel better it wasn't for nothing the video made me happy
This isn’t just a roast it’s a massacre 🤣
how about we use blended steak with hot sauce as the sauce for the icecream?
By random (for the subathon timer) it should mean any amount of time from nothing to infinity
U should make a thanks giving turkey
I find it hilarious that he knocks on Eric for not pronouncing wagyu correctly, yet he himself didn't pronounce Kobe correctly. 😂 The absolute hypocrisy!
Well, only thing to do now.. is bring the chef in your kitchen and ask him to show you how to cook this ! Would be a nice live to see !
My soul is leaving my body 😭
You shut cook with him, maybe the richt way?
don't show me that terror again
This man doesnt know about Spiced Ham. He should make some of that too.
Next will be Pro Chef reacts to Pointcrow reacts to Pro Chef reacts to Pointcrow and then Pointcrow reacts to Pro Chef reacts to Pointcrow reacts to Pro Chef reacts to Pointcrow and then...
Pointcrow is best chef
didn't your Italian ancestors haunt you after cooking like this
when im asked for chocolate milk ill make them this next time
bro love how he would fire crow for leaving the meat out and not for literally making THIS
why am i so confused
Pokemon red adventures???
Idk if its complete lastime i played its not but idk now theres a part 2 its orange island so cool based on pkkemon red manga
30:37 im scared if he adds the 6th stage of grief: revenge
