So good Malte! I absolutely love your use of harmonics like on a guitar by lightly touching the pan with your finger while striking with the other; it extends the range and breath of the pan so much. Love it. Love your style.

Hi Malte, ich möchte mich bedanken für diese tolle Aufnahme, kennen gelernt habe ich dich letztes Jahr als ich bei einem Freund in Berlin zu Besuch war und du ein Konzert gegeben hast, direkt neben einem Wattenfall Kraftwerk. Ich muss gestehen, während alle aufmerksam dich bei deiner Kunst beobachtet haben habe ich dieser surrealen Kulisse meine komplette Aufmerksamkeit gegeben und deine Musik als Untermalung für meine Gedankengänge genutzt.
Auf jeden Fall bin ich seit diesem Moment ein Fan des Instruments und deiner Kunst. Diese Aufnahme lass ich seit dem Moment regelmäßig spielen um zu innerer Ruhe zu finden.
Würde mich freuen dich mal in Süddeutschland zu treffen.
Bis dann mach weiter mit dem was du so gut machst :)

i really want a handpan but they are so expensive !!
I just took the plunge and bought one off of somebody local....it's a lot of money but it's quite entrancing. Not to mention...I guarantee I'm the only person in the city who plays one and that's pretty cool haha

@@krishnapanolih9501 I'm not sure how to convert to your currency, my apologies. But on average they range between $1500 and $3000 USD in my searches. I managed to purchase a second hand one from facebook marketplace from a gentleman who lived nearby for just over $1000 Canadian.
I would like to get an Atlas Hand Pan in an exotic scale in the future though :)

34:53 That minute when the dog enters the room and me hearing that stepping sound on the floor makes my heart beat faster - I am too familiar with the same sound that my dog used to make. He passed away last year at the age of 19. I know I should be grateful that he has tried his best and be with me and my family for as long as he can. But I still miss him. A LOT.❤❤❤

I was listening on headphones, while writing. I noticed there were little auxiliary textural percussion sounds. I thought it was really interesting. Then I realized it was the little doggie walking around.

Handpan spiele ich seid über 10 Jahren, mehr oder weniger täglich und Musik mache ich eigentlich, seid dem ich denken kann. Habe mit Klavier/Keyboard gestartet und habe dann angefangen zu DJen und meine eigenen Beats am Computer zu bauen, vor allem HipHop, aber gerne auch Electro, Dubstep etc.. Habe auch eine ganze Weile selber gerappt, mit einigen Freunden von mir zusammen und irgendwann kam dann die Handpan, nach dem einer dieser besagten Freunde mir ein Video von Hang Massiv gezeigt hat. Danke für die lieben Worte mein Freund und das du so fühlst über meine Musik, macht mich sehr dankbar 🙏

May I ask the scale of the model played at the open of the video? That’s the exact sound I’m looking for. In the meantime I’ll check Ayasa to see if I can match it up. Thanks for a lovely set. I’m guessing the D Harmonic Lora 15 that Alexander plays in the reference videos. I’m not sure though.
