I don't know why this game hates my guts. I followed your tutorial, and launched GTA V, when i click "story mode" the game crashes.

Try go to mods>update>update.rpf>common>data and edit dlclist.xml,
you need to change the first and last "/" to "\" on all lines
Exemple : platform:/dlcPacks/mpBeach/
to : platform:\dlcPacks/mpBeach\
Don't change the second / ( before mpBeach) it worked for me, so, good luck

Rockstar better utilize the steam workshop for mods for gta 6 cause i am NOT going manic trying to make this work all over again.

do a refresh of ur plugins and only keep the ones you will use with the lspdrf mod in other mods may be conflicting the mod

make them bodyguards with simple trainer.

@@plainflame it’s a really simple fix he deleted my comment for some unknown reason, you need to have native ui in your scripts folder make sure it’s updated !!! Then reload gta and it should be fixed :)

So the issue Im running into is the game crashes after I edit the Dlclist exactly as you did. If I delete the line, it loads fine. So Im kinda at a lost.

New people make sure to extract all if you cannot drag the buzz files to 7:26 ...Then you should be able to drag the files into it :)

Did everything right, except when I try to load a ped it’s give me an error saying “Ped Was Not Found In Ped.Rpf” even thought it was.

@@RickyJSports yes its a very weird fix. You have to change the / to \ in some of the files. I'll try to find the video for you.

I keep downloading addonpeds but I’m not getting nun of the extra stuff like pad selector etc and it’s getting me mad asf

everything worked until the open 4 process it wont let me drag and drop the files
nvm it was only the mod i was using but if that does happen to anyone else you can just go to edit at the top and click the green add button and manually add each file to open 4 and your good to go

the biggest minus is you can't do missions while using different skin

For unkown reason when i launch the game and press L everything is fine but when i try to spawn a skin nothing shows up, not even an error, just nothing.

It works now, but as soon as I change character once, the menu doesn't work anymore so I can't cange to another character! Can somebody help?
I followed every step correctly and added peds. However, after putting the right files for the ped in the right place in open IV and adding to the editor, my game after saying loading to story mode goes to the desktop. And I can't open the game to try. Anyone knows why this is and how I can fix it? Thanks

For all that are doing this in 2023. To make sure this works and the reasons it isn’t working. Do install as normal. Fix’s /right way to make it work. 1. Download native ui. Place as normal. Then also place native ui in scripts and mods folders. Most don’t understand when modding that you should have a copy of native and ui in as follows. /directory/scripts folder/mods folder. This ensures that anything you add to the game has native ui to activate it (as with most scripts). If you say have it only in directory then you putting a mod or script in its folder will not activate sole dependency mods. Meaning you must have a copy of dependent mods (native ui in this case) in its folder to activate. Now if you have it working and your game is just constantly crashing you must download or edit your self game config. (Easy/No download way to do this but Long way is to get the file for lowest ped/graphic/vehicles spawn rate. Then edit your game confit manually with open iv. Also get heap adjuster partner files to insure your game can actually handle what your adding to it.

I done what you said aswell as followed all the steps to install addon Peds, but still nothing happens when I click hotkey, so far I’ve only managed to get menyoo and simple trainer working, no other type of mods seem to be working

Last update of Addon Peds was 2017. Probably doesn't work in 2024.

I followed the tutorial step by step and now i cannot open my game, a pop up comes up saying I have a corrupted game.
Ok everyone it’s a really simple fix he deleted my comment for some unknown reason, you need to have native ui in your scripts folder make sure it’s updated !!! Then reload gta and it should be fixed :)

@@GLOWWVR you definitely did something wrong I made sure to do every mistake refresh your mods folder take everything out reinstall everything don’t use his native ui, script hook v and so on search them on Google to get the latest version because older version will not work, let me know after you’ve done that and I’ll help u further
Man I even copied update + x64 folders (which is 70GB), but I always crash at the loading screen

@@刘思宇-n4u i don't remember honestly. Last time i played modded gta was 5 months ago.
I encountered this problem on one of my peds. The 4 files you move into the pedsrpf folder in openiv have the name that you need to mark it as. for example, I tried putting Lumine in the game, but the files were named "ying" so when I put the ped name as Lumine, it didn't work and the menu closed without being able to reopen until reset. but when i renamed the ped to Ying, it allowed me to open the ped skin just fine. hope this helps fix your problem.
