You need to choose the "Facebook" preset and then in the fields "since" and "until" choose the data range you need. Also check out the documentation on GitHub, they have most answers.

@@denisacharvatova1260 Try using another Facebook account. This works sometimes or wait for 2-3 days. And we can only fetch data from Public pages or the pages which we own.
