Been last year at summer. Totally disappointed. Did not feel safe at that town at all, especially at night (but I cant say that for Turkish side). Like the locals tho, good hearted people.

i should say nicosia is not like europe at all. no one will try to steal you steal your bags or anything so i dont understand where this is coming from

Nicosia looks very run down and poor city ,graffiti every where .old buildings failing to mix with the new modern ones .😢

It is definitely a mixed filling when you start exploring the city. I was there briefly in 2016, and I remember to be different from what I saw and experienced this time
