24 Hours Exclusively Pumping | Day in the life

pumping exclusively for 24hrs watch my day as I pump for my son. I miss breastfeeding my baby and the cuddles but we will do. Excited I can feed him with my breastmilk still.

Do you think pumping often increases your milk? What was your output when you begin pumping exclusively?

I believe so , pumping more often made my body think baby was wanting to nurse more and I would also latch baby on after pumping it would help him bring down more milk for me. Since they say babies touch helps a moms milk more than a pump of course. Pumping exclusively is tough but I made it work specially since I stay home it was not hard to set alarms and pump when needed and feed baby as often as I could but it can get hard when your out running errands and working :/
