+MassHardscaper hey, full disclosure, Hilti rep here...yes it will auto track/ auto slope. Also it can be placed on its side to plumb walls, and track a line. square up foundations as well. very versatile and durable (as was mentioned)
This is probably one of most expensive lasers. Not worth the money for home use. Lots of features been in the concrete business for 40 yrs never needed them.

This laser can also shoot a square too. We have this laser. I love it.
