I think this palette is a great demonstration of how differently makeup behaves on different skin and with different application styles. That shiny purpleness is gorgeous.

I love how you zoom in your face to show almost what it 'really looks like' so many youtubers don't do this and tbh I think it's a bit deceiving. Hope you feel better soon. :) x

Hahaha omg the bit at the end! Legit thought you was joking about doing it but omg you’re so funny! They have flower beauty on Superdrug atm the one by Drew Barrymore. When I was on holiday I bought the shimmer and strobe highlighting palette and omg it’s blinding! Would be cool if you could test out their foundations and concealers! You look so BOMB! 😘👌💜 I have this palette and I really like it, so I guess it's just personal preferrance idk, but I think it's nice. 💙💙 I do think ppl were having issues with the blues so maybe you can do a look with the blues and see how it works for you. 😘 I also bought tgat urban decay glitter liner set for urban cowboy 😃😀
Jennifer Maldonado the blue is a deep matte blue they’re so hard to do well but I don’t think it’s bad when it just patted on xx
@@Makemeupmissa I agree I saw another RUclips review this palette and she used the blues and she was not very happy about the way it came out she said it was Patsy it doesn't blend well and I did, saying that they are marketing it as a pressed pigment or maybe it just has to be used differently. She said that pressed pigments are not considered eyeshadows AKA not by faith so it didn't have anything to do with why they weren't blaming out for her so I don't know I really have only used them on like my lower lash line so I did I would love to see you do a blue look just to see if you could make it work cuz I think you do amazing work and you're so good at it so I would love to see that! 💙💙💙😘😘😘

Amazing look! 😱 I couldn’t make it works the Naked contour palette I bought it and for me was very dry so it happened the same like you lifting my foundation I´m not a professional makeup artist and I didn’t know how to work with it and I putted back in my drawer 🤷🏻♀️😏 I have to try to wet the brush and see if that works, your face looks flawless I liked a lot 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻🙋🏻🙏get better honey 🍯

i love that nabla palette! I need to get the other palettes and for definite the new that is coming out later on this month
Im blown away by that purple duochrome over a black base rather than concealer or black base.
you are so brave and do your makeup in reverse to me and always go darkest to light because you usually work with pigments rather than shadows, I'm not brave enough to work with such dark colours, but you always get such incredible effects xxx
sarahwithstars i used to too but now I feel (especially) for dramatic looks it’s best to go dark to light xx
The technique is actually called “reverse blending” & it’s a GREAT technique when doing bold looks & working with color. Especially when you are going for multiple colors in the crease & you want to be able to see each one. You have a lot more control that way & can make it look much more precise & clean. When I’m doing a neutral eye look, or say a cranberry Smokey eye or something like that, I will use the regular blending technique & start with the transition color because it doesn’t need to be as neat & I want a beautiful, gradient blend. Once you get the hang of reverse blending, it’s a game changer!!

I think this palette is GORGEOUS! I can’t wait for mine to arrive from BB!! I want to plaaaaaaaay! 🤣 I’ve always avoided using Hoola lite because I thought it would be way too light (I’m a bit darker than you) but you’ve given me cause to want to try it & see if it works for me too 💋

Edit: I also don't set my base (on my eyes) and my eyeshadows always look and blend really well. Maybe the negative reviews do set their base and maybe aren't used to pressed pigments? I think that palette looks gorgeous! I wish people would try it many different ways before leaving negative reviews.

I was really shocked when I saw the bad reviews on the Nabla palette. I bought it and loved it so went looking for inspiration on looks to try and everyone was hating on it 😱 I’ve used it a fair few times now and I still love it as much as I did when I first tried it 🤷🏻♀️ I don’t understand it, different strokes and all that I suppose x
