Hidden Gem? Hidden yes. Gem? I think not. As a good example, counter with the Glasshutte Original PanoMaticLunar in Rose Gold. For 6-8k less you get a better, more complicated watch, with a better movement, better finishing and better design. There are a million others like it. The Cellini would be better if it was priced where it fits in the market.

Yep, the 'closest' thing after the Cellini is the Oyster Perpetual.
