If you look back on epsiodes right before the surgery you can tell there is a difference but its barely noticible. That means the surgeon did a good job. You dont want something like that it to be super noticible. I dont think he really did it out of vanity either. Remember he said his mom had the same surgery and reccomended he get it too.
