Telor goreng pare
Ingredients :
- bitter melon 2pcs
- egg 4items
- tomato 2pcs
- onion 1ons
- chili 1ons
- garlic 3clove
- sugar 3tbp
- salt, sufficiently
How to cook :
- clean the bitter melon, then slice it
- put the bitter melon that you have slice on basin and put salt 3tsp, then squeeze it until the water of bitter melon out from it and the bitter melon seen withered
- wash the bitter melon 3 times
