I’ve used every product out there prochem, bridge point , pros choice ect. None of them come close to robs products I’ve put a large amount of his chemistry to the test . The results are always consistent and = happy customers and repeats and referrals . I also noticed that customers carpets are staying clean longer because tmf products are superior the old products I used even with a rinse customers would call back every 3 months because the carpet would re-soil rapidly from residues. I’ve never met Mr.Allen before but have followed his channel since day 1 and I can tell you that he is one of the best in the industry if not the best and he genuinely wants to help cleaners, Both him and his son.
Thank you rob! For continuing to make this industry better and putting in the hard work to help cleaners like me.

Great video! Can you explain to me how the Rust remover interacts chemically with the iron in blood? Does acidic products like rust remove or Yellow RX work like you say with blood removal? Because I have noticed blood just keeps wicking back "live" while cleaning, it can be a pain.

I bought that same upholstery tool from you guys how do you do 2 dry strokes when it’s continuous flow? Turn that little brass knob off?

It's more of a terminology that the public recognizes. It's actually HWE (hot water extraction) as steam would prob do damage.

I did a 3 story 4 bedroom house not to long ago and my original estimate was $300. She later decided that she wanted 7 mattresses cleaned and it basically doubled the price to $650. I was pretty happy.

Is there a chemical breakdown of all your “brand” chemical with the names like “unchained” like what they actually are? Peroxide, neutral pre-spray , encap , solvent, alkaline, acidic PH levels?

I have a doozy!! My son put a bag of veggies on my spare bed by accident. 3 weeks later I found it-liquified! Stains came right off. It was in about a 5 in circle. I steam cleaned it, used vinegar, used odo ban, alcohol. Still can’t get the green pepper smell out! Please help! It’s a pillow top, flippable mattress.
